HOW WE WORK

We improve our nation’s economy and national security by creating opportunities for synergy between industry and military communities.

1. Identify problems and solutions

We identify pressing industrial economic issues negatively impacting our nation’s supply chains and national security and develop solutions through the lens of improving the economic mobility and stability of Transitioning Service Members, Veterans and Military Families.

2. Create strategies and action plans

We then build a coalition of military life cycle experts and industry specialists focused on improving the lives of Transitioning Service Members, Veterans and Military Families, our nation’s economy, and our national security to investigate niche strategies and develop action plans.

3. Make recommendations to the Administration, Industry, VSO’s, and Agencies

We create recommendations to the Administration, Industry, VSO’s, and Government Agencies that bring industry and military communities together to reverse negative economic and national security implications due to supply chain issues.

4. Support engagement, connection, and placement

We bridge the gap between policy and the pavement by implementing operationalized solutions and creating pathways to connect military families to industry with good-paying, family-sustaining careers in our modern economy that provide work-life balance.
